Each item from alea studios is carefully handmade and one of a kind. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the issue to help us assess the situation. Once reviewed, we will work with you to offer an appropriate solution, which may include a repair or replacement (if available).
