Return Policy

Each alea studios piece is handmade and produced in small batches, making every item unique. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees paid are non-refundable, as these are collected by your country's customs authorities rather than alea studios.
